Real Madrid Set To Announce Mbappe signing Soonest

Real Madrid is officially set to announce the signing of Kylian Mbappe “very soon according to reports published on MARCA, AS, COPE, and The Athletic, who added that the presentation will not happen until July even if the signing were to be announced this week.

Last month, the 25-year-old France international confirmed his decision to leave PSG, where he scored 256 goals when his contract expires on June 30 because he “needs a new challenge after seven years”.

But Kylian Mbappe is the player most wanted by Madrid fans after a decade-long pursuit of the man many believe to be the heir to Lionel Messi and Cristiano Ronaldo as the world’s greatest player.

Mbappe is leaving Paris Saint-Germain as a free agent and would be a marquee addition in the tradition of past Galacticos to wear the famous white shirt like Zinedine Zidane and Ronaldo.

“If that was to happen it would be amazing (to have) a player like him,” Bellingham said Saturday.

World Cup-winning forward Mbappe has the individual and match-winning qualities to compare with the game’s greatest. He is blessed with speed, balance, power, and dizzying footwork. He is also a prolific goal scorer at the highest level to rival Erling Haaland and Harry Kane as Europe’s deadliest forwards.

“It’s the only little thing we’re missing in terms of that clinical (number) nine and if (Mbappe) was to come and give us that we’d be in a great place. He’d take us to another level,” Bellingham said.

This is now a matter of time. Mbappe will sign for Real Madrid after an endless transfer saga that had multiple plot twists.

Both Real Madrid and Mbappe want to get this announcement out of the way before the start of the UEFA Euro, where the French attacker will want to be focused on leading his team.

Real Madrid are also set to announce Luka Modric and Lucas Vazquez’s contract extension, while Nacho Fernandez’s future appears to be still undecided. Now that the team has officially entered the offseason, the next few days will be busy.
